Liverpool star Sadio Mane is set to leave the Premier League side this summer and he has claimed he prefers to join French club Marseille instead of European champions Real Madrid.

Mane made the claim in an interview after scoring a hat-trick in Senegal’s 3-1 victory over Benin.

Asked if he would join Real Madrid or Bayern Munich, Mane responded: “You know, you’ve got me in trouble with the Liverpool fans right now.

“Those two teams are not bad. But I’m not a fan of those teams. You know, my team is Marseille, so I would say Marseille.”
