Real Madrid have submitted an offer for Albacete striker Dani Gonzalez, according to Defensa Central via The Hard Tackle.

La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are also interested in signing the 20 year old striker.

Gonzalez, a 20-year-old striker, is a product of the Albacete youth academy who made his senior debut for the club in November last year.

He has since made 20 appearances for the club, scoring five goals and setting up one more as they achieved promotion to La Liga 2.

Real Madrid want the 20 year old Spanish forward as a reinforcement for the Real Madrid Castilla side who could be losing a couple of strikers this summer.

The Real Madrid Castilla side could be without Juanmi Latasa for next season as the 21-year-old could be promoted to the senior team as a backup for Karim Benzema.

And with Andri Gudjohnsen leaving for Sweden, the Castilla team are set to be deprived of two of their strikers for the upcoming campaign.

Real Madrid have already brought in Noel Lopez to partially address the concerns in attack, but Raul Gonzalez is keen on adding another centre-forward to his squad and has recommended the signing of Dani Gonzalez.

However, Los Blancos will face competition from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in the race for the 20-year-old striker.

Dani Gonzalez is contracted to Albacete until the summer of 2025 and it’s looking likely he could leave the La Liga2 side this summer.
