20 year old Real Madrid attacker Reinier won’t travel with the team on Tuesday for the pre-season tour of USA, according to Marca.

The report claims Real Madrid and Reinier Jesus have agreed that the footballer will not travel to the United States on Tuesday. Both parties consider it more suitable for him to stay in Spain while his future is resolved.

While the squad travel to the USA on Tuesday, Reinier will remain at Madrid where he will follow a work routine supervised by specialists from the coaching staff, implemented with different exercises at home.

Reinier is expected to leave Real Madrid this summer as he still can’t be registered with the first-team due to Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo and Eder Militao occupying the 3 non-EU slots.

Reinier spent the last two seasons on loan at German club Borussia Dortmund but he failed to make an impact in the Bundesliga.

Portuguese club Benfica were keen on signing the 20 year old Brazilian this summer but a move failed to materialise.

Real Valladolid and Italian club Torino have both been linked with a move for the Brazilian.
