Real Madrid have made eight players available for departure in a mass club clearout this summer, according to a report on Marca via Daily Mail.
Marco Asensio and Dani Ceballos are among the eight-man list of unwanted players at the club, according to the report.
Takefusa Kubo, Jesus Vallejo, Mariano Diaz, Borja Mayoral, Alvaro Odriozola and Reinier Jesus are the other players expected to leave the club this summer.
Asensio is perhaps the most surprising name on the list, having played 235 games for Los Blancos, but according to the report, he will not have his current deal extended at the club.
Ceballos has failed to make an impact since returning from a two-year loan spell at Arsenal and the midfielder also has just one year left on his contract.
Ceballos is reportedly wants a move to boyhood club Real Betis, but any deal would require him to lower his high wage demands.
Kubo is on the verge on joining Real Sociedad while Mariano, who has just one year left on his contract is awaiting a suitable offer.
Mayoral, who has recently returned from loan at Jose Mourinho’s Roma, has offers from LaLiga sides Getafe and Celta Vigo to consider and as such is halfway out the door already.
Vallejo and Odriozola have been made available to other clubs for any move away, whilst Reinier is believed to have no place in the current side and is encouraged to play elsewhere.
