Real Madrid could be without right-back Dani Carvajal for Sunday’s El Clasico against Barcelona after picking up an injury in training.

According to reports, Carvajal limped out of training on Friday after hurting his left ankle. It isn’t yet known how serious the injury is at the moment. With the season starting soon, we are hoping it is just a slight knock.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid star Lucas Vazquez insists Real Madrid will head into the game against Barcelona on Sunday with a lot of desire.

Vazquez told Mundo Deportivo: “It’s always a beautiful game against Barca, the Clasico. We’re going into it with a lot of desire to get into a rhythm, to create good feeling.”
