20 year old Peter Federico has snubbed offers from several clubs to extend his Real Madrid contract until 2025, according to Marca.

His previous Real Madrid contract was due to expire in the 2024. His new Real Madrid contract maintains his €50million release clause.

Federico’s new contract sees the 20 year old forward get a salary increase that will place him in the top group of those currently with Castilla.

In Spain, teams like Getafe, Celta Vigo, Osasuna and Espanyol had asked the club and/or the player’s representatives about his availability. Dutch side Feyenoord were also interested in signing the 20 year old.

If he fulfils his contract, Federico, who arrived at La Fabrica in 2015, will have been with the club for 10 years.

His achievements during this period include winning the Youth League with Raul in 2020 and debuting at San Mames with the first team.
