Ahead of Sunday’s pre-season game against Juventus, Real Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal has returned to training after recovering from an ankle injury, according to Marca.

Carvajal is expected to feature against Juventus, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed.

Luka Modric, though, was not able to work with the rest of his teammates, as he has a fever. He has tested negative for coronavirus, so he could join the group if and when he feels better.

Sunday’s pre-season game against Italian side Juventus will be Real Madrid’s third game in the pre-season tour of the United States. We have so far played against Barcelona and Mexican side Club America.
