Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has hailed Real Madrid trio Casemiro, Luka Modric and Toni Kroos as the Bermuda triangle following the brilliant performance in the 2-0 victory over Juventus.

Carlo Ancelotti was asked how he viewed the younger midfield, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Dani Ceballos, to the old guard.

Ancelotti replied: “I like both of them, the classics and the rock and roll. I call Casemiro, [Toni] Kroos and [Luka] Modric the Bermuda triangle because the ball disappears there.”

Ancelotti previously stated the XI that starts the game against Juventus will start the European Super Cup final against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Asked if he was too honest about his line-ups, Ancelotti told Marca that it was pointless trying to hide things.

Ancelotti said: “In football there are no secrets. Sometimes I have doubts, because I have to evaluate other things. The squad is good, but it is not certain that these players will play in the Super Cup, there’s still a week to go and we will see.”
