Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has hailed the club’s summer signings Antonio Rudiger and Aurelien Tchouameni by describing them as the world best in their positions.

“Rudiger & Tchouameni? I think we have two players who are among the best in the world in their role,” Carlo Ancelotti told the media ahead of the UEFA Super Cup.

Germany international Rudiger signed as a free agent, while Tchouameni joined from Monaco for €100m.
