A Manchester United delegation travelled to Madrid earlier this week for talks with Real Madrid over the transfer of 30 year old Brazilian midfielder Casemiro.

According to The Athletic, Casemiro has given positive indications of his desire to join Manchester United.

Manchester United are yet to reach an agreement with Real Madrid for the transfer of Casemiro but the Red Devils are positive that the midfielder will join Manchester United.

Manchester United are believed to be making a competitive offer for Casemiro, with some reports claiming the Red Devils have offered the midfielder a €400,000-a-week contract.

Casemiro has already won three La Liga titles, five UEFA Champions Leagues and three FIFA Club World Cups.
