Real Madrid have made signing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham a priority for next summer, according to Jan Aage Fjortoft.

Casemiro left Real Madrid for Manchester United for £70million this summer while Luka Modric will be 37 next year. So signing a midfielder next summer is now a priority for the club.

Premier League side Liverpool are expected to battle Real Madrid for the transfer of Jude Bellingham next summer.

Bellingham doesn’t have a release clause in his Borussia Dortmund contract and according to The Athletic, it will take at least €120million to sign the England international.

Bellingham is widely regarded as a world-class player despite being only 19 and has three years left on his Borussia Dortmund contract.
