Real Madrid attacker Marco Asensio has decided to stay at Real Madrid and not seek a move away from the club, according to media outlet Relevo.

It was reportedly recently that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez was open to selling the Spanish international, who has just one year left on his contract. Asensio’s agent had also reportedly offered him to Premier League clubs but the 26 year old has now made the decision to stay at Real Madrid.

According to Relevo, Asensio made the decision to stay at Real Madrid this season because Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti told him he will get opportunities this season.

Mariano Diaz and Eden Hazard are also expected to stay at Real Madrid despite various reports linking them with a late move away from Real Madrid.
