
Former Real Madrid captain Marcelo has joined Greek club Olympiacos on a one year contract after leaving Real Madrid this summer.
Olympiacos will be the third team that Marcelo will play for in his career, having only previously played for Fluminense in Brazil and Real Madrid.
Marcelo left Real Madrid following 16 incredible and winning seasons, leaving the team as the player with the most amount of trophies won in the history of the club.
The Brazilian left-back made 546 appearances for Real Madrid, scoring 38 goals. He won 5 Champions League, 6 LaLiga titles, 3 Club World Championships, 3 European Supercups, 5 Spanish Supercups and 2 Copa del Rey.
