Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has hailed the talent of Real Madrid attacker Vinicius Junior after Sunday’s 2-1 victory over Atlético Madrid.

After running onto a brilliant through ball from Luka Modric, Vinicius Junior hit the post before Federico Valverde scored the rebound.

Ancelotti said: “Vinicius’ talent allows us to score and win games. We won thanks to the 2nd goal where he helped.”

Ancelotti also revealed he is happy to be manager of Real Madrid.

He added: “I’m proud to be the manager of this team. I’m happy.”
