Real Madrid winger turned right-back Lucas Vazquez has revealed what waa said at half-time in Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw against Shakhtar Donetsk.

He said: “At half-time we all talked about starting the second half properly switched on so to concede right at the beginning of the half left us angry.

“As far as Rüdiger is concerned we really hope that it’s no more than a bump.”

Vazquez also admitted Shakhtar Donetsk made it difficult for Real Madrid.

He added: “That was a difficult match. Particularly once Shakhtar went ahead because they then made things more tough for us.”
