Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has revealed Real Madrid won’t push Toni Kroos to sign a new contract with the club.

The current contract of the German midfielder expires at the end of the season and he has stalled on extending his contract amid reports he is considering retiring at the end of the season.

Speaking about the contract renewal of Kroos, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti said:

“He knows how we all feel. We don’t have to push him, he’s a very intelligent, disciplined and professional guy and he likes being at Real Madrid. We’ll be happy whatever he decides.”
