Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, who had an outstanding game in midfield against Barcelona, has revealed the secret to the 3-1 victory over Barcelona on Sunday.

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, speaking after the game, Modric said about Real Madrid’s victory over Barcelona:

“We knew that there was going to come a time in the match where we were going to have to suffer because they handled the ball well.

“There we had to give more than each other, defend strongly and suffer, and we did. We were very forceful up front and scored three goals. We have made a great match.”
