Premier League side Manchester City were named Club of the Year at the Ballon d’Or despite Real Madrid winning the La Liga and Champions League.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has reacted by congratulating Manchester City.

Perez told El Larguero: “Well, we congratulate them, they have a great president, a great coach and good players. It’s a great club.”
