Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti could be banned for four games following his criticism of the penalty awarded to Girona in the 1-1 draw on Sunday.

However, according to Marca, should Ancelotti be banned by the RFEF, Real Madrid will appeal it.

Speaking about the penalty awarded to Girona, Ancelotti said: “I don’t like to talk about referees but I will today. the first situation is a clear one. It’s not a penalty because he doesn’t touch it with his hand.
