Spain boss Luis Enrique has confirmed his squad for the World Cup in Qatar.

Only two Real Madrid players made the cut, as Luis Enrique called up Dani Carvajal and Marco Asensio to the Spain squad for the 2022 World Cup, set to be played in Qatar.

Goalkeepers: Unai Simon, Robert Sanchez, David Raya

Defenders: Cesar Azpilicueta, Dani Carvajal, Eric Garcia, Hugo Guillamon, Pau Torres, Aymeric Laporte, Jordi Alba, Jose Gaya

Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Rodri, Gavi, Carlos Soler, Marcos Llorente, Pedri, Koke

Forwards: Ferran Torres, Nico Williams, Yeremy Pino, Alvaro Morata, Marco Asensio, Pablo Sarabia, Dani Olmo, Ansu Fati

The World Cup will be played between 20 November and 18 December.

Spain have been drawn in Group E, where they will face C Rica on Wednesday, 23 November, then Germany on Sunday, 27 November and Japan on Thursday, 1 November.
