Former Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo would be seeking for a new club in January, after falling out with Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.

Ronaldo decided to force an exit by criticising Ten Hag and Manchester United just before the start of the World Cup.

According to Diario Sport’s Lluis Minguelsanz, Cristiano Ronaldo has been offered to Real Madrid as he is looking to part ways with Manchester United after a total breakdown in their relationship,.

Ronaldo is said to be open to a return to the Santiago Bernabeu even if it’s for a short-term deal.

Real Madrid may be in the market for a back-up striker for Karim Benzema who’s having an injury hit season.

It’s yet to be seen if the Madrid bosses would want a return for Ronaldo who left the club in 2018.

It is also claimed that Florentino Perez has doubts over a return for Ronaldo, as he’d not want to be a backup once Benzema returns.
