Brazilian star Casemiro has snubbed his Manchester United teammates and revealed that he’d love to play with Luka Modric and Toni Kroos yet again.
Speaking to reporters at Brazil’s press conference ahead of Brazil’s upcoming game with Switzerland, ex-Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro was asked, who he would feel more comfortable playing with in midfield.
“Luka Modric and Toni Kroos”, Casemiro replied, smiling.
It was indeed a smart response from the former Real Madrid midfielder, as the journalist wanted him to speak about choosing the Brazilian players to start with – an act that would have been deemed unprofessional, as it’s the job of the manager.
