Chelsea have been linked with a move for RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol.

The 20-year-old Bundesliga star is highly rated, and there are reports a deal in principle have been agreed with Chelsea.

However, the Croatian has confessed he would like to join Real Madrid later in his career, describing the La Liga giants as ‘the biggest club in the world’.

“Real Madrid is the biggest club in the world, so who knows? Maybe one day I can play there,” he told reporters. “I would like to, yes.”

He then added: “Luka doesn’t have to tell me anything about Real Madrid, there’s no need.

“I already know everything. I know it’s the biggest club in the world and how important it is to be linked to such a team.”
