According to reports, Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo has reached an agreement to earn a mouthwatering deal after the World Cup.

Reports claim the Portugal international is set to join Saudi side Al-Nassr after the World Cup after agreeing a €500 million (£432m) contract with the Saudi Arabian club.

Ronaldo, 37, had his contract terminated with Manchester United in a most controversial way, after bashing the club and manager Erik ten Hag, in an interview with Piers Morgan.

The 37-year-old is in search of a new club, and Real Madrid do not seem interested in a deal for Ronaldo.

Ronaldo, who still had seven months left to run on his deal which was worth in excess of £500,000 a week, did not receive a payoff from United following his exit.

The report claims that Ronaldo has been offered a two-and-a-half-year contract worth €200m (£173m) per season.

After the World Cup in Qatar, Ronaldo may now move to Saudi Arabia, with no big club in Europe yet to show an interest in his signing.
