He is zero as a person – Former La Liga star slams Vinicius Jr

Valencia legend Vicente Guillot has slammed the behaviour and attitude of Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior.

According to Guillot, he enjoys the football ability of Vinicius, but says that the behaviour of Vinicius Jr towards opponents has turned him off this season.

This comes after Vinicius dancing celebration in the World Cup.

As Guillot tells Tribalfootball.com: “Vini Jr is a phenomenal player but I don’t like the way he provokes and provokes the players of the opposite teams and the public too… to the extent that something could end up happening to him, God forbid.

“As a player I think he is great but I do not like him as a person because of what he does. As a person, for me, he is a ZERO. The defenders are right to complain about him. You cannot mock defenders and laugh in their faces. It’s a lack of respect and a lack of education.”

Guillot was regarded as one of the talented players of his day, as he was a revered winger during his playing days.

The 81 year-old added: “In my day, I was a footballer with youth and talent and ability on my side and I was very capable in the 10 metres around me.

“However, I never ever mocked the opposition players. If you dribbled around them, you did not laugh them as well. Vinicius is a very disrespectful player and I have no time for players like that: ‘Es un maleducado’.”
