Real Madrid are quite doubtful about their chances of signing Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, according to Mario Cortegena of Marca.

The Spanish giants are one of four top clubs that are interested in the 19-year-old midfielder, who has dazzled for England at the World Cup in Qatar.

Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United are all thought to be interested as well, but Cortegena says that a source is of the opinion that Bellingham is keen on playing in the Premier League alone.

“An agent told me that Jude Bellingham is ‘crazy’ about the Premier League, he absolutely loves PL football,” said Cortegena.

“Real Madrid are now very pessimistic about their chances of signing Jude Bellingham.”

With Jude Bellingham’s expected price tag after a fine World Cup showing, expected to soar high, it’s yet to be seen if Liverpool can compete with Real Madrid for the young midfielder.
