There are now four teams left in the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, as the quarter-finals ended on Saturday.

For club legend Cristiano Ronaldo, he seemed to have played his final game for the Portuguese national team, as Portugal were beaten 1-0 by Morocco.

Ronaldo came on in the second-half, and his presence wasn’t enough to save Portugal from crashing.

Immediately after the game, Ronaldo rushed down the tunnel, as he couldn’t hide down the tears, in what was his final World Cup appearance.

For Aurelien Tchouameni, the Real Madrid midfielder netted a stunning goal from outside the box, as France defeated England 2-1. Tchouameni’s goal was the first goal of the match, and he put in a fine display in such an intense game. He also conceded a penalty which Harry Kane converted to equalise for England, but the Three Lions still lost the game.
