However, it has been Messi who has had a better showing at the World Cup, with Ronaldo’s Portugal crashing out in the quarter-final.
Barely a month after the controversial interview with Piers Morgan, the English reporter was asked again about Cristiano Ronaldo, as many now believe that Messi has settled the debate following his World Cup showing.
Piers Morgan however revealed that Messi is behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldo Nazario in the greatest of all times list.
