Media outlet L’Equipe, has revealed that France midfielder Aurelien Tchoumeni missed France’s training session on Monday, ahead of their World Cup semi-final clash against Morocco.
The 22-year-old has been ever present for France in the ongoing World Cup, and even scored a stunner in their 2-1 win over England in the quarter-final clash.
However, the Real Madrid midfielder suffered a slight calf injury in his side’s win over England in the quarterfinals.
It is however believed that the injury was a slight one and his absence from Monday’s training was precautionary.
Tchouameni is not expected to miss the semi-final game against Morocco, and the France management is not worried about his situation and believe he’ll be fully available for the game against Morocco.
