Real Madrid will face third division side Cacereno in the next round of the Copa del Rey.
The tie will be played as a single game away at the Estadio Príncipe Felipe on Tuesday the 3rd of January.
In what is set to be the first ever meeting between the two sides, Cacereno winger Garci has said he’s excited by their Copa del Rey draw with Real Madrid.
Garci came through the youth system at Real Madrid and played for Castilla in 2015.
The 25 year-old believes his side can upset Real.
He told Okdiario: “The truth is that the other day everything came out in the match against Girona. We ran like real animals and the icing on the cake was that the next day we had Real Madrid.
“It was what we lacked and the truth is that we greeted it with great enthusiasm and with great joy of being able to enjoy games like Madrid, which are not played in our lives.
“Of course (we can win), otherwise we would not even show up. Having played a couple of qualifying rounds against top-notch rivals and when you face each other you see that things happen, that the team does it well.
“In the end they are soccer players just like us and anything can happen in a game. So we are going to face the game as positive as possible knowing who you are playing against, with that respect that you have to have, but from there we are going to go for everything and in a game anything can happen.”
