Real Madrid have a difficult tie tonight at the Santiago Bernabéu.
The Los Blancos play host to Real Sociedad who are 3rd in the league, and are just three points behind Madrid.
Speaking ahead of tonight’s game against Sociedad, Ancelotti gave his thoughts on the Copa del Rey quarter final against Atletico Madrid that took place on Thursday.
Madrid came from behind to beat their neighbours 3-1, and Ancelotti believes it was a deserved victory, even though his rival Diego Simeone was angry with the officiating.
“It was a competitive, even match,” Ancelotti said.
“I think we deserved to win on our side. The rest is something I’m not going to talk about.”
Ancelotti also hinted that he’d use a similar system against Real Sociedad.
He added: “The only system I know is the one I will use tomorrow.”
