Real Madrid are interested in Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino.

According to Foot Mercato, the La Liga champions are weighing up the possibility of bringing the Brazilian forward to the Santiago Bernabeu, come the end of the season.

The report also adds that ‘pre contract papers’ are expected to reach the Liverpool striker in the coming hours.

Firmino is out of contract with the Reds at the end of the season, and is free to begin negotiating with other clubs from January.

As of now, there hasn’t been an official contact between Madrid and Liverpool, but there’s belief that the 31-year-old would make a good addition to the Real Madrid, the report further claims.
