Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has made history after scoring a brace against Elche.
The Los Blancos defeated Elche 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday night, and Benzema was among the scorers.
After bagging a brace against Elche, Karim Benzema has now become Real Madrid’s second highest scorer in La Liga history.
Benzema has overtaken Raul who scored a total of 228 goals for the club, but Benzema has registered 230 goals, thus surpassing club legend, Raul.
Benzema is now only behind Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored 311 goals.
Benzema has also moved in to top five highest scorers in La Liga’s history.
