Liverpool will host the reigning European champions at Anfield for the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round-of-16 tie.
It’s the fourth meeting between the two sides in the last five years, with the Los Blancos dominating all of them.
Speaking ahead of the game, Carlo Ancelotti has said that he’s confident his side will perform well on the day.
However, Ancelotti will be without midfielders Toni Kroos, and Aurelien Tchouameni.
The Italian has admitted he wasn’t sure how to deal with their absences, as per whether the team will try to dominated the game or rather play to attack.
“That’s the doubt – whether we want to control the game or have a team that is more offensive,” he said.
“Whether we go a bit more attacking. I have to think about it.”
