FIFA have unveiled their final XI for this year’s FIFPRO Men’s World XI, and the list was dominated by Real Madrid players.
The World XI consists of the best players in football in the last one year.
Lionel Messi, who was also named ‘Player of The Year’, is one of four attackers in the line-up, which also includes Karim Benzema, Erling Haaland, and his Paris Saint-Germain teammate, Kylian Mbappe.
In midfield, there is Luka Modric, Kevin de Bruyne, and Casemiro, while the defence has the likes of Achraf Hakimi, Joao Cancelo and Virgil van Dijk.
Real Madrid trio of Thibaut Courtois, Luka Modric and Karim Benzema made the cut for the Los Blancos.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar Junior, and Robert Lewandowaki are some notable names who are missing from the final XI.
