The draws for the Champions League quarter-final was conducted on Friday, and it was indeed an interesting one.
Real Madrid were drawn to face Chelsea in the quarter-final – both teams met at this stage of the competition last season, with the Los Blancos edging Chelsea in a very tense tie.
Former Blue Antonio Rudiger who will be up against his former club, and he’s looking forward to the encounter.
Rudiger tweeted: “This will be very special – Can’t wait to see so many friends again.”
The 30-year-old centre back made over 130 appearances for Chelsea between 2017 and 2022, before joining Madrid as a free agent last summer.
