Vinicius Jr has often faced the hostility of fans during away games in the La Liga.

On Sunday, Barcelona fans taunted the Brazilian during the El Clasico game at Camp Nou.

According to Marca, Barca fans chanted “Vinicius die! Vinicius die!” throughout the game.

The chants were aimed at the Brazilian who more than once looked up at the stands and noticeably rubbed the world champion badge on his Real Madrid shirt. The gesture would see fans erupt in response.

Vinicius effort came off Ronald Araujo to give Madrid an early lead.

In the end, Barca got their win, no thanks to Franck Kessie’s late winner.

Real Madrid are now 12 points behind Barcelona.
