Report: Real Madrid may try to sign Liverpool superstar attacker

According to media outlet, Defensa Central, Real Madrid may make an attempt to sign Mohamed Salah from Liverpool this summer.

Per the outlet, the reigning Spanish champions are looking to strengthen their forward positions this summer, and Salah is their main target. They also mentioned Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen as two other players being considered by Madrid.

The news comes in a season that many would consider to be Salah’s worst yet, even if he has bagged 22 goals and 11 assists in all competitions so far.

Madrid’s Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr have managed 22 goals and 19 goals in a similar number of matches this term, and one can only imagine what their attack would be like with the addition of Salah.

The news comes after Salah’s agent, Ramy Abass denied the Egyptian wants to leave Anfield.

With Salah only signing a new mega deal last year, this report would only seem illogical. But the Los Blancos may be on the lookout for another top striker, with Karim Benzema currently 35 and injury prone.
