Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez recently bemoaned the treatment of young midfielder, Gavi.
Xavi had indirectly claimed that if Gavi played for Real Madrid, he’d be treated differently.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has sent his reply to Xavi, claiming that Vinicius Jr gets worse treatment.
Carlo Ancelotti briefed the media ahead of Sunday’s clash with Valladolid: “Yesterday Xavi said that if Gavi played for another team, he would be treated differently. Do you think this is the case with Vini?
“I mean, if Vinicius were to play for another team, would he be treated differently?
“Sure, and if my grandfather had wheels he’d be a car”, the Italian answered, leaving the press room in stitches.
Indeed, Ancelotti is right. Vinicius gets poor treatment from players, fans and even referees.
