Barcelona and Real Madrid will again do battle on Wednesday night, as both sides fight for a chance to reach the final of the Copa del Rey.
Barcelona won the first leg 1-0 at the Santiago Bernabéu, and Madrid will be aiming to win at the Camp Nou.
Barca boss Xavi Hernandez has claimed that Real Madrid are favourites for this game.
Speaking ahead of the game, Xavi was asked whether he believed Barcelona were the favourites in the match considering the recent results in El Clasico.
Xavi didn’t agree Barcelona are favourites, but claims that the edge Barca players have is their hunger for titles.
“We are hungry for titles. We desire success, we have many players in the squad whose only trophy is the Supercopa and this is important,” Diario Sport quote Xavi as saying.
“I was convinced that the objective this year was to win titles. I believe that we had this obligation. We’ve won one and we have two more left. We have a good advantage in the league but so far, we’ve only won the Supercopa.”
