Real Madrid defeated Barcelona 4-0 at the Camp Nou in midweek to reach the final of the Copa del Rey, after losing the first leg 1-0.
One player who enjoyed the victory so much was Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos.
Ceballos took a swipe at Barcelona after reaching the Copa del Rey final.
Ceballos reminded Barca of their taunts after their Supacopa victory earlier this year.
Rewind to when Barcelona posted a celebration video after winning the Supercopa in Saudi Arabia in January – the Barca players showed off their gold medals, while Ronald Araujo claimed Barcelona are kings of the new era.
During their celebrations, Ronald Araujo could be heard saying: “Empezo la nueva era!”, which translates to “The new era is beginning”.
In response on Wednesday night, as Ceballos left the Nou Camp he was heard shouting “La nueva era! La nueva era!” in Spanish, which translates to “The new era! The new era!”.
