Manchester City played a 1-1 draw with Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday night, to seal a 4-1 aggregate win over the German giants.

Real Madrid who defeated Chelsea with a 4-0 aggregate score, would now face Man City in the semi-final of the Champions League.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola has reacted to meeting his former La Liga rival.

“I think all the clubs around the world have the feeling that if you want to win this competition [Champions League], you have to beat Real Madrid,” Pep Guardiola told the media after Manchester City eliminated Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarterfinals.

He then added: “Right now it’s this way. Before, it was Barcelona, now it’s Real Madrid.”
