Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez has named Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City side as the best team in the world at the moment.

With Real Madrid set to face Manchester City in the semi-final of the Champions League, Xavi has chosen side with Pep Guardiola and his Man City team.

Xavi believes Man City can win a historic treble.

“Manchester City is the best team in the world right now, the team that plays the best football,” Xavi said in his press conference today.

“If they win a treble, it would be fair.”

Real Madrid are used to seeing threats like this and overcoming them.
