Barcelona star Raphinha club rivalry aside to show support for Vinicius Jr.

His compatriot was a victim of racial abuse when Real Madrid played against Valencia.

When being subbed off in the second-half of Barcelona’s 3-1 defeat to Valladolid, Raphinha took off his jersey to pass a message to the entire world, which earned him a yellow card.

“As long as the colour of the skin is more important than the brightness of the eyes, there will be war,” Raphinha’s message for Vinicius Junior reads.

Raphinha took a yellow card for his action, but he surely won’t be bothered by it.

Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez, also took sides with Vinicius, as he condemned the actions of Valencia fans, and asked for sterner measures to be taken.
