Karim Benzema’s contract with Real Madrid will run out next month, and the Frenchman is yet to sign an extension.
It was believed that Benzema’s contract would have been sorted by now, but the 35-year-old is yet to commit his future to Real Madrid.
Spanish outlet AS Sport claims that Benzema has been offered a whopping €400m (£345m) deal over two years to move to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi side Al Ittihad are keen on landing the veteran striker, and has offered Benzema a staggering contract offer that would match Cristiano Ronaldo’s current £173m-per-year deal at Al-Nassr.
Benzema has spent 14 years at the club after signing for Real Madrid in 2009 from Lyon.
Benzema has grown into being a top class player, and it culminated in him winning the Ballon d’Or in 2022.
Benzema has bagged 23 games this term, and in total, he has scored more than 350 goals for Madrid in more than 600 games since his £25million move 14 years ago.
