As it’s expected, there will be some movements this summer – some players will come in, and others will depart.
The trio of Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio and Mariano Diaz will cease to be Real Madrid players after this month.
For Marco Asensio, the Spaniard decided against signing a new contract with the club, and will leave as a free agent.
For Hazard, the Belgian’s contract has been terminated, after four years.
Real Madrid have also confirmed that Mariano Diaz will be leaving the club.
The Spanish-Dominican striker arrived at Madrid back in 2012, went through Los Blancos’ youth ranks, and was part of the first team for six season, in which he has won 13 titles.
He’s bagged 12 goals and three assists in 84 appearances for Madrid.
The Bilbao game on Sunday will be Mariano’s last for Real Madrid.
It’s yet to be known what will be the future of Karim Benzema and Luka Modric, after they received sumptuous deals from Saudi Arabia.
