Real Madrid have been linked with a summer transfer move for Chelsea forward Kai Havertz.

The Los Blancos have lost four forwards in one summer – as Marco Asensio, Eden Hazard, Karim Benzema and Mariano Diaz all departed the club.

Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger has said he wants to play with Havertz at Real Madrid.

“I would be happy to play with Kai Havertz at Real Madrid! But as far as the transfer market goes, I can’t say anything,” Antonio Rudiger has told the media, via Tuttomercato.

Rudiger and Havertz are team-mates for Germany, and played together at Chelsea, before Rudiger signed for Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have backed out from the deal to sign Kai Havertz, as they don’t want to pay Chelsea’s asking price of €60m plus add-ons.
