Saudi Arabia are pushing hard to make the Saudi league attractive.

After signing Karim Benzema from Real Madrid, next on their list is Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric.

According to Miguel Angel Diaz of Cope, the Saudi Arabian clubs are set out to sign all the active Ballon d’Or winners.

After signing Cristiano Ronaldo back in December 2022, Karim Benzema was the next target.

The oil-rich nation did everything possible to sign Lionel Messi, but the Argentine chose to move to MLS side Inter Miami.

Luka Modric is now the next big target for Saudi Arabia. The oil-rich nation has offered the Real Madrid midfielder a massive paycheck to move to Saudi Arabia.

Modric was to sign a contract extension with Real Madrid, but has so far not signed.

The 38-year-old will now have to make up his mind soon as his contract with Los Blancos expires in three weeks time.
