Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez has now admitted that he’d stay back at the club.

Nacho was to be a free agent this summer, and has already been linked with an exit from the club.

However, the 33-year-old made a turnaround, and decided to stay back at the club.

“I discussed everything with my club and my family before making a decision,” Nacho told RTVE.

“There are always offers from abroad, but I have decided to stay at Real Madrid for another year. I am very happy with this decision.

“I really want to continue in Madrid.”
