Saudi Arabia may have snapped up Karim Benzema from Real Madrid, but the oil-rich nation isn’t done yet.
Real Madrid veteran midfielders Luka Modric and Toni Kroos have both been linked with a move to Saudi.
According to Marca, Saudi Pro League side Al-Ahli had offered Modric a whopping €80m-a-year salary, but it was turned down by the Croatian international.
It was expected that Modric will accept the deal, but Modric has now decided to stay back at Real Madrid.

Toni Kroos also received a huge offer from an unnamed Saudi Arabia club, according to Bild.
However, the 33-year-old Real Madrid midfielder has no intention of moving to Saudi Arabia and immediately rejected their offer.
Kroos considers himself a key player under Carlo Ancelotti and also a top-class midfielder who can still play at the highest level of European football.
